Description
The IL358 is a high-voltage, high-current MOSFET driver capable of driving both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs. The output can source up to 1.0 A and sink up to 2.0 A, making it ideal for driving power MOSFETs in high-current applications. The IL358 has a propagation delay of 20 ns and an input voltage range of 5 V. It is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
